To make payment for your sauna by direct credit from your bank account to ours, can be done by internet banking, phone banking or by making payment in person at your bank. Full payment is required prior to dispatch of your sauna.
When your payment is confirmed we will send your goods and let you know they are on the way.
To ensure the prompt processing of your order and to avoid shipping delays, please put your order number in the reference section and include the name shown on the order.
On confirmation of your order, we will email you an invoice which will include a safe link to pay by Debit or Credit Card using Eway Australia payment partner services. There is no surcharge to you and no card details need to be provided to us.
Full payment is required prior to the dispatch of your sauna. When you pay via Eway, we get an instant notification, so we will let you know, usually within a few business hours, that your sauna delivery is underway.
